Kevin Walsh, Psy.D brings an exceptional array of customer service and leadership expertise to OBO2 Classroom. He started his journey with the Walt Disney Company @ Walt Disney World where he crafted his Classic Disney Thinking. Kevin has cultivated an extensive portfolio of both academic as well as client-based work which simply puts him at the level of exceptional and skillful.
The details of a remarkable career.
As with most Disney Cast Members, Kevin began his career on the WDW College Program in a front line position as a lifeguard at Typhoon Lagoon. Working your way up the ladder is the best leadership development program there is, and Kevin took advantage of many opportunities for growth including working at the Magic Kingdom in Entertainment and the Disney Vacation Club as an Advanced Sales Associate. Kevin was selected as a Traditions Assistant teaching new employee orientation both at Walt Disney World and at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. This foundation of work instilled the core principles and values of Classic Disney Thinking when it comes to customer service, employee engagement and leadership.
Kevin's background and portfolio work has made him an accomplished leadership trainer and Executive Coach. Kevin has over 20 years of leadership facilitation experience, and his consulting practice includes a wide range of coaching and development solutions. Kevin has trained over 12,000 employees from the Front Line to the C-suite, across the globe. Kevin’s training and coaching clientele include Fortune 100 corporations, International NGOs, Universities, and Government Agencies. This client base comes from all industries: Healthcare, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Utilities, Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Entertainment.
